Lauren Ford, the GM of Buffalo Waterfront said, "There's a lot going on here we really encourage people. It's a great day to spend the day with your family, experience a little bit of history and learn about the different ways you can interact with Canalside throughout the summer."

There will also be plenty of other things to do at Canalside this Summer when you are waiting to tour the ship. like an interactive exhibit by I Heart New York, indigenous lacrosse workshops, and free fitness classes.

Ford also mentions there will be opportunities to sail on the ship as well.

Appointments should be available closer to the weekend.
