HAMBURG, N.Y. — The Erie County Fair is known for having some pretty creative and sometimes wacky food creations and this year is no different.
Today, the fair unveiled ten of the new food items that will make their debut this year including the Pretzelo, a Buffalo-shaped soft pretzel served with loganberry dip.
Another new item is the Polish Garbage Plate from Babcia's Pierogi which includes a pierogi, caramelized onion, sour cream, and a kielbasa goulash.
Among some of the other things to try are pork belly tacos from Bobo's Taco Box and Apple Cinnamon Pizza from Salvatore's Pizzeria. Ethan and Jessica Tong from Eastern Pearl created a special Fair Strawberry Lemonade Boba Tea and the Waffle Wagon will have Fudge Puppies which are belgian waffles on a stick.
On August 12th, the fair will be doing a Taste of the Fair day where all food vendors will be offering three dollar sample sizes of their dishes.
