New year, new Demi Lovato!
The "Tell Me You Love Me" singer took to Instagram on Thursday to share a message about her personal health and happiness goals for 2018.
The post was accompanied with a pic of the 25-year-old brunette beautyrocking a strapless black-and-white bathing suit while flashing a grin at the beach.
"So, I'm insecure about my legs in this picture," she admitted, "but I'm posting it because I look so happy and this year I've decided I'm letting go of my perfectionism and embracing freedom from self criticism."
Lovato, who has been extremely vocal over the years regarding her past issues with an eating disorder, said that she's "learning to love" her body "the way it is."
"[It's] challenging but life changing," she explained. "Giving up my eating disorder has been the most challenging journey of my life but I work every day towards solid recovery even if I mess up sometimes. Today I'm feeling strong. You all can do it too. It IS possible. Thank you God for this new chapter in my life. #EDrecovery#happyAF."
