BUFFALO, N.Y. — One of Buffalo's largest food truck events returns for its second year this week at the Northland Workforce Training Center.
Anderson's Frozen Custard, Fat Bob’s Smokehouse, and Dirty Bird Chicken N’ Waffles are a few vendors visitors can expect to see at food truck Thursdays, starting on August 8.
Every Thursday night throughout August, the training center will host food trucks from 5-7 p.m.
Live music, artisan vendors, and family-friendly activities along with community resources will be available for attendees, including free backpack and school supplies giveaways.
