Buffalo Sabres have a fun night out with young cancer fighters

The Buffalo Sabres team up off the ice for a good cause with the 'Courage of Carly' fund.

AMHERST, N.Y. — The Buffalo Sabres put aside the skates and geared up at Lasertron in Amherst for a night out with some special fans from the Courage of Carly fund.

Buffalo Sabres players Zach Benson, Peyton Krebs and Matt Savoie joined kids from Courage of Carly for a fun time and a great cause.

The organizers put the memorable occasion together for young Roswell patients and their siblings to create a positive distraction from the stress young cancer patients and their families face on a daily basis.

The Courage of Carly coordinator, Megan Crawford shared that the Sabres relationship with the community both on and off the ice is a truly an amazing one.
