BUFFALO, N.Y. — According to TSN's Darren Dreger, Buffalo defenseman Zach Bogosian has requested that the Sabres trade him.
The Sabres have plenty of defensemen and, in fact, are taking turns scratching healthy players. For instance, Bogosian did not play Thursday night in the Sabres' 4-3 win over Nashville.
Injuries have been an issue for Bogosian during his career, especially with the Sabres. He has played in only 10 games this season. Bogosian will become an unrestricted free agent after this season.
