BUFFALO, N.Y. — Western New York burger joint Rock Burger is opening three locations, including a site in Tonawanda and two in Rochester.
But founder Jason Lizardo isn’t breaking a sweat.
That’s because he licensed his stuffed burger concept for the new sites. He sold his menu items, concepts and logo to independent owners, which leaves him free to run a location of his own.
