NIAGARA FALLS, NY - An event meant to be celebrated in a local school district came with sobering news on Wednesday.
It's a clear sign of the troubles so many districts are facing these days. Niagara Falls schools gathered to celebrate the opening of a shining new athletic facility against the backdrop of news that dozens of teachers and staff may lose their jobs.
