Still need a Christmas tree? Get one for free in Kenmore

Trees and wreaths will be available for free for pick-up on Christmas Eve.

KENMORE, N.Y. — The Kenmore Town of Tonawanda Chamber of Commerce is offering free Christmas trees for those who may not have gotten one yet or cannot afford to get one this year.

Christmas Trees will not be available to pick-up though until Dec. 24 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Elmwood Commons on 3200 Elmwood Avenue.

There will also be wreaths available as well for free. The giveaway is on a first come, first serve basis and once they are gone that will be it. 

Businesses such as Arida Tree Farms, Lowe's, Russell's Tree Farm, Home Depot, and more supplied the trees and wreaths for the giveaway. 

UPDATE: The trees will not be available until Christmas Eve. It's BACK! The FREE TREE and WREATH GIVEAWAY for anyone...
