BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Marathon will be hitting the ground running this weekend, and bringing people from all over world to race.
In an effort to prepare for the race weekend the Buffalo Police Department has shared out road closures for people to look out for if traveling in or around the city on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Road closures will go into effect at noon on Friday and end at 3 p.m. Sunday.
Very large crowds are expected and police are encouraging motorists to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
