BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Manufacturing Works officially opened its new location in the Northland Corridor Tuesday morning. The Buffalo company held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the expansion and relocation on the city's East Side.
The project doubled the size of the company's space there as they work to help manufacturing businesses around the country with better technology and processes.
"We are working on many of the technologies of tomorrow, while the workforce training center is working on educating the workforce of today by combining and working on cutting-edge applications," said Michael Ulbrich, president of Buffalo Manufacturing Works. "You'll see things around here like robotic and 3D printing. We want to develop solutions that are there to better the manufacturing community as a whole."
The expanded space will also let the company nearly double its workforce with 30 new jobs.
