BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Bills corner back Ja'Marcus Ingram celebrated the launch of his first book, "The Lil' Player That Could," on Tuesday night in partnership with Zeneta & Zaire's Book Club and the Boys and Girls Club of Buffalo.
The book is on sale now and can purchased on Ingram's website or on amazon.
The story highlights the obstacles that Ingram overcame to get to the NFL, such as when Ingram was nine-years-old he broke his ankle while playing football.
Ja'Marcus Ingram was recently recognized as one of the Buffalo Bills 2024 Community All-Stars for his impactful work within the community.
The partnership with Zeneta & Zaire's Book Club has collected more than 22,000 books that celebrates African American culture, history and promotes diversity.
Over the past few years, the Buffalo Bills have partnered with the club during Black History Month to host various community events.
