DERBY, N.Y. — COVID-related restrictions has prompted a Derby restaurant best known for its 26 chicken wing flavors to close.
Scallywags Grub & Spirits on Old Lake Shore Road closed in early August after its owner Deebe Brown determined that social distancing protocols made it financially difficult for the restaurant to continue.
"It was a difficult decision to make," Brown said.
