BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Tonawanda man was arrested and charged Thursday with possession of child pornography.
The arrest of Zachary Feeterman, 24, stems from an August 8 visit at his house by two Erie County probation officers, according to the office of U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy.
During that visit, the Department of Justice says they discovered a cell phone that contained images and videos of child pornography. Some of those images and videos included prepubescent children and depictions of violence.
Feeterman was listed as a Level 1 sex offender on probation following a conviction in November of 2015 and was prohibited from possessing a cell phone.
