LOCKPORT, N.Y. — New York State Police are asking for help in identifying a person of interest in Niagara County.
"This subject is believed to be in the Town of Lockport area operating an e-bike with a chrome helmet," state police said in a recent news release.
The person is connected to what state troopers called a neighborhood disturbance.
