NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Niagara Falls Police have arrested a 33-year-old man in connection to a murder Friday morning.
Police say they responded to an apartment on Tronolone Place for an unknown disturbance. When they got to the third floor apartment, they found a man who appeared to have beaten to death.
Nicholas John Bartek was in the apartment at the time, and he was arrested for second-degree murder.
He was arraigned in Niagara Falls City Court on Friday.
