BUFFALO, N.Y. — Seven-figure real-estate deals still aren’t common — not many of us have more than $1 million to spend on property — but they are occurring with greater frequency in Erie County these days.
A total of 124 transactions valued at $1 million or higher were completed during the first nine months of 2019, according to a new Business First compilation of records from the Erie County Clerk’s Office. The combined value of these super-high-end deals was $379.5 million. See the full list of transactions on Buffalo Business First's website.
