ELMA, N.Y. — Southern Erie County is getting another Just Pizza & Wing Co. franchise, this one inside a new market.
Just Pizza is opening inside the new Niagara Produce Elma site at 3131 Transit Road, the 11th area location for the 30-year-old Buffalo-based pizza franchise.
The franchise is operated by Michael Broad and business partner Cheryl Schunke, who brings experience in the industry as CEO at Carmen’s Catering in West Seneca. Both have family members who are longtime franchisees, so they also bring experience with the Just Pizza brand.
