BUFFALO, N.Y. — Former Buffalo Sabres captain Jack Eichel appears to have found a buyer for his Waterfront Village townhouse.
The townhome on Ojibwa Circle was pulled from the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors multiple listing system Aug. 25. Sources have confirmed the 3,000-square-foot townhome is under contract with a sale price slightly above $1 million. The townhouse went on the market with a $1.3 million list price.
In early May, the price was reduced to $1.2 million.
