BUFFALO, N.Y. — Developer Chris Wan has purchased the former New Phoenix Theatre on the Park at 95 Johnson Park in Buffalo's Lower West Side.
Wan's LLC 61 Johnson Park of Buffalo purchased the 8,849-square-foot building from the theater company for $370,000, according to documents filed Monday with the Erie County clerk's office.
The theater closed in 2022. It opened in 1996.
