Buffalo Zoning Board meeting on development projects

Those projects are the 201 Ellicott Street property downtown and the JP Bullfeathers development in the Elmwood Village.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — There are two major projects heading before the City of Buffalo's Zoning Board.

Those projects are the 201 Ellicott Street property downtown and the JP Bullfeathers development in the Elmwood Village. 

Ciminelli developers wants to add a Braymiller Market grocery store, along with 201 apartment units. This will go where a city-owned parking lot once stood.

Zoning board members will also be looking at plans to redevelop the the old JP Bullfeathers site on Elmwood.

Developer Whitesand Family LP wants to bring a new restaurant into the building, as well as build a mixed-use building next door with retail, apartments and parking.

The meeting is today at 2pm at Buffalo City Hall.
