CHEEKTOWAGA, NY - An SUV crashed into a home at the corner of George Urban Boulevard and Union Road Tuesday evening.
Investigators say the car crashed into a garage that was recently converted into a living room.
Three people in the car were taken to the hospital, according to crews on scene. We're still waiting to learn their condition.
U-Crest Fire Chief Brian Chapman said, "There was a medical condition going on inside the car and that's how it ended up coming through Otto's parking lot and right through the wooden fence and into the house."
One man sleeping inside the home was fortunately not injured.
"I would say he's pretty lucky - he definitely had a guardian angel," Chapman said.
