PORT COLBORNE, ONTARIO -- An industrial fire in Port Colborne could be seen from Western New York Tuesday afternoon.
According to CHCH-TV, the massive fire was at Vinyl Works Canada.
Smoke from the fire could be seen as far as Angola.
There's no word yet on what caused the fire or if anyone was hurt.
