BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two former Zebb's restaurant locations have been acquired by Siedlecki Cataract & Vision Care, which will consolidate its offices into the respective Amherst and Orchard Park buildings.
Opthrhalogist Dr. Andrew Siediecki, through his Trinity Legacy Properties LLC affiliate, paid $1.1 million for the 7,297-square-foot Zebb's at 3349 Southwestern Boulevard, according to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk's office.
Siedlecki will be paying the same for the former Zebb's on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst when the deal closes next week. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
