BUFFALO, NY - This Veterans Day, Western New York is honoring and celebrating those who've served.
The Ellicott Center rehabilitation facility in Buffalo held a ceremony Monday morning celebrating the service members who sacrificed for our country and live at the center now.
"It's an honor for us to at least take a little part in repaying the debt to society that's owed to all our veterans for all they've done for us," Ellicott Center administrator Bradley Hanson told 2 On Your Side. "Whatever war they've fought in, it's a tremendous thing they sacrificed for our country and it's our honor to be able to serve them and take care of them when they're not able to take care of themselves anymore."
The center is also putting up a new plaque honoring the vets who live there.
