Alicia Keys is ready for Mother's Day!
The Grammy-winning artist will honor her mom, Terria Joseph, during Dear Mama -- a special one-hour event airing Sunday, May 8 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on VH1.
The mother-daughter duo have appeared together in Fox's Empire, and share a special bond as Joseph raised Keys as a single parent during her upbringing.
Joining Keys in honoring their mamas at the Anthony Anderson-hosted event in New York City will be Queen Latifah, as well as Trey, Jaden and Willow Smith, who will show their love for their mom, Jada Pinkett Smith.
Meanwhile, the "Girl on Fire" singer-songwriter should be experiencing some motherly love on the holiday from her sons with rapper Swizz Beatz -- 5-year-old Egypt and 1-year-old Genesis.
